Table mountain

Table Mountain is what gives life to the city of Cape Town and the city is built around it. Nature and urban areas are integrated and it is easy for Capetonians to go into the mountains as part of their daily routine. I run the trails in the mountains with my running group a couple of times a week. When I look down and see how small cars and people are, it puts things into perspective for me.  I see the forest for the trees after being consumed by my day-to-day challenges. The runs in the mountain sets me free.
